Helping with EuroPython
EuroPython is a community-run conference, which means that we need lots of help running it. If you've been to conferences previously, and there were things you thought could be improved, then we have good news!
- Yes, you can improve things!
Don't hesitate in improving the content on this Wiki!
Get more actively involved and join the organisers of EuroPython!
Start by signing up to europython-improve@python.org
We have IRC meetings at 18:00 GMT, 19:00 CET on Tuesdays, currently every two weeks from 30th December 2008, on freenode #europython. Logs of the IRC meetings can be found on the Organisers page
Teams
Here are some of the things which need doing:
The SessionTeam - For those wanting to chair talks.
- The Audio Team - Know one end of a microphone from another? Yes?! Good, because we don't! Sign up if you want to help with audio recording, and editing of the talks.
- The Tech Team - Good with gaffer tape? Then you'll probably fit in.
- Other Helpers - Those who are willing to help out with little jobs, putting up signs, stuffing swag bags, etc.
Sign up on on the VolunteersByActivity page.
